Bryanek Regulatory Ltd (registered in England and Wales with Company Number 11379231 at The Old Bakery, 90 Camden Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent, TN1 2QP) is the data controller and processor of any and all personal data collected by the Company. Bryanek Regulatory Ltd is registered as a data controller in the UK for the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 with the Information Commissioner’s Office, registration number ZA417683. 

Collection and Use of your Personal Information  

For suppliers and current and prospective clients, Bryanek Regulatory Ltd collects and uses your personal information to respond to queries, perform the services you have requested and contact you in future to offer or obtain further services. We will collect Personal Data. Personal Data will generally consist of your name, work contact details, the company that you work for and your position in the company. Other information may be stored if provided.

We do not collect or process any sensitive personal data (such as health, race/ethnic origin, religious/philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation) for clients, potential clients or suppliers.

For people being employed and contracted by the Company, additional Personal Data including sensitive personal Data is also required to facilitate employment, compliance and payment services, such as bank account details, national identification numbers, tax clearance and visa details. This data will only be held for as long as it is required to provide such employment services and will be deleted once your employment has finished and data is not required for any other legal purposes.

This Personal Data list is not exhaustive and we may seek to process, use or disclose your information for any other purpose which has not been listed above always with your explicit consent.

It is not anticipated that there will be a circumstance where your personal information is required to be sent outside the European Economic Area. You have a right to request copies of personal data held by us: requests for copies of information will be dealt with as soon as possible, and no later than within 28 days.

You have a right to ask for the Company to cease processing, to withdraw your consent to processing, or to have your data erased.

All such requests should be sent to David.Cox@BryanekRegulatory.co.uk and these will be actioned within 28 days and you will receive confirmation that this has been completed. The Company will only refuse your request where we are legally obliged to do so. Where your request has been refused we will provide you with reasons for this refusal. We will then hold such data for only as long as it is necessarily required by law.

Retention Policy

Client and supplier information will be retained for five years after our last provision of services or engagement with you. After this, it is our policy to retain your data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil any contractual or legal obligations.

The information of potential clients, who make enquiries to Bryanek Regulatory Ltd without becoming clients with a relationship defined by contract, will be retained for two years after our last provision of services or engagement with you.
